Douglas Dewayne Harris, 54, Phil Campbell, passed away Friday, Aug. 24, 2012, at Russellville Hospital.
Funeral services were Sunday, Aug. 26, 2012, at Akins Funeral Home, Russellville, with Dr. Sammy Taylor officiating.
He was preceded in death by daughter, Jenine Harris; parents, Reble Clifford Harris and Genice Colburn Harris; grandparents, Andy and Lena Harris, Ollie and Gladys Colburn.
He is survived by wife, Jennifer Brown Harris; daughters, Tina Wallace, Tonya Johnson, Robin Harris and belated daughter, Jenine Harris; son, Clifford Douglas Harris; sister, Rita Ludwig; brother, Thomas Harris; grandchildren, Christopher Jackson, Tyler Jackson, Erik Johnson.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to help with funeral expenses.
