Hollingsworth, Roberson

Heather Yolanda Roberson and Harold C. "Boo" Hollingsworth III, both of Meridian, were united in marriage at Mt. Gilead Baptist Church on Saturday, Oct. 27, 2001, with the Rev. Billy Whitaker officiating.
Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Clyde C. Roberson, and Mr. and Mrs. Harold C. Hollingsworth Jr., all of Meridian.
Grandparents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. K.H. McGriff of Beeville, Texas, Mr. and Mrs. Joe S. Stanley of Shubuta, and Mr. and Mrs. T. Clyde Roberson of Meridian.
Grandparents of the bridegroom are the Rev. and Mrs. Billy Whitaker of Quitman and the late Vergia Mae Whitaker; Grace Hollingsworth of Meridian and the late Harold C. Hollingsworth Sr.
The bride was escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents. She wore a princess-line Couture gown of white and silver satin. The embroidered lace corset style bodice and chapel-length train were accentuated with Swarovski crystals and bugle beads. She carried a bouquet of Leonidas, Sterling Silver and Black Baccara roses.
Maid of honor was Rebecca Smith of Meridian. Bridesmaids were Kass Sharp and Jessica Kennedy of Meridian.
Flower girl was Morgan Smith of Marion.
The father of the bridegroom served as best man. Groomsmen were James and John Hollingsworth of Meridian, brothers of the bridegroom, and Tomi Mize of Hickory.
Ring bearer was Dusty Dukes of Meridian.
A reception was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Terry Clark Sr. of Whynot.
After a honeymoon trip, the couple resides in Whynot.
