Frank Frazar Seay, 93, of Russellville, died Friday, Sept. 21, 2012, at Russellville Hospital.

Mr. Seay had been a resident of Russellville for the past 32 years and was a self-employed real estate agent. He was a WWII veteran of the U.S. Navy as a chief petty officer and was a survivor of the Battle of Midway on the U.S.S. Yorktown.

Funeral services were Monday, Sept. 24, 2012, at Pinkard Funeral Home Chapel, Russellville, with burial in Tharptown Cemetery with Bro. Douglas Hendon and Bro. Johnny Smith officiating.

Survivors include nieces, Charlene Gladney, Russellville, and Elodie McKee, Burbank, Calif.; nephews, Freddie Hall, Russellville, Victor Seay, Marietta, Ga., Charles Seay, Jr., St. Petersburg, Fla., and James McKee, Twain Harte, Calif.

Pallbearers were Mike Sewell, Joe Porter, James Magar, Willie Groce, Lance Seay and Bobby Seay.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Antonia M. Seay; parents, Charlie B. and Carrie Warhurst Seay; sisters, Callie Hall and Lena Seay Thomas; brother, Charles Russ Seay.
