Thanks to all who helped out, attended

I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every person that came out to the 11th annual Phil Campbell Hoedown Festival on the 15th and 16th of June. I hope it was enjoyed by all!

I want to thank some people who made this Festival a success.

Thanks so much to: the Park & Recreation Board members and Tennille Barton-Committee Member that worked tirelessly to put this Festival on.

I really appreciate all your hard work.

Thanks also to the town of Phil Campbell workers, Water Department, Street Department, Fire Department, Police Department, Mayor Jerry Mays & Councilman Eddie Barton.

Special Thanks to all the sponsors and merchants that helped with ads for our T-shirts and Give-A-Way prizes. We appreciate the use of our mules from Scott’s Equipment in Russellville (they were so handy & needed). I would also like to thank our entertainers, vendors, food vendors, newspaper advertisers, radio advertisers, dance entrants, Chad Fell our favorite Bubble Gum Guy and the Hot Dog Eating Contest contestants.

This was so much fun to watch. Thanks also to James Nix our emcee each year. You always do a wonderful job!

We are glad you came out to the parade led by our own Phil Campbell High School Band.

Thank you also to the Alabama Pipes & Drums of Birmingham. We appreciate you so much for coming to Phil Campbell and hope you’ll come back again.

Thanks again to everyone that came out to the Festival and enjoyed the weekend with us.

God Bless You ALL!
