Faulkner, Arthur

Laura Nicole Arthur and Douglas Richard Faulkner were united in marriage Saturday, June 2, 2001, at the Liberty Baptist Church in Newton, with the Rev. J. B. Costilow officiating.
Parents of the couple are Cindy Sibley King and Vince King of Pelahatchie and Cam Faulkner of Brandon.
The bride is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. James Sibley of Newton and Mr. and Mrs. Ted King of Brandon.
The bridegroom is the grandson of Mrs. D.E. McLellan of Hattiesburg and the late Mr. McLellan.
Music was provided by Leann Sibley Gabel of Amarillo, Texas, cousin of the bride, soloist.
Courtney Langston of Brandon was maid of honor and Jordan McAlpine of Brandon was flower girl.
Wayne Clark, brother of the bridegroom, served as best man and Joseph Sibley of Newton, cousin of the bride, was ring bearer.
Ushers included cousins of the bride, Aaron and Brian Sibley of Newton, James Williams of Newton, Paul Arthur of Gulfport, brother of the bride, and Anthony King of Brandon, stepbrother of the bride.
Serving at the reception were cousins of the bride, Karen Williams of Hickory, Angela Sibley of Greenville, S.C., Sharon Thornton, Cathy, Allison and Jenny Kelly, all of Newton, and Breckyn King of Brandon, stepsister of the bride.
After a honeymoon in Pigeon Forge, Tenn., the couple resides in Pearl.
