QUITMAN A parade Saturday morning will be a big part of the Quitman Centennial celebration set for March 31 and April 1.
Betty Kirkland, a long-time Quitman resident, is among those enlisted to ride in a line of antique cars that will make up part of the parade. To dress for the part, she and her friends brought some old hat boxes down from her attic to see what was there.
