Adcock, Way

Scott E. and Vicki K. Adcock of Meridian announce the engagement of their daughter, Amanda Katherine, to Jacob Nathaneal Way, son of Joseph E. and Virginia B. Way of Newton.
The wedding will be Saturday, July 26, 2003.
Miss Adcock is the granddaughter of Ruth Rush of Meridian, James H. Brewster of Tishomingo, and Hugh E. and Elwynna A. Adcock of Augusta, Kan.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Clarkdale High School and is pursuing a degree in graphics communication at Meridian Community College.
While attending high school, she was a member of the National Honor Society, the softball and soccer teams.
Miss Adcock is employed by Charles Smith, Attorney and is an active member of the Air National Guard.
Mr. Way is the grandson of Margaret S. Brady of Decatur and the late Albert Brady, and Monteele Mashberg of Decatur and the late William Mashberg.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Newton County Academy and is pursuing a degree in education at East Central Community College.
While attending high school, he was a member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes and the baseball and football teams.
Mr. Way is also an active member of the Air National Guard.
