Future Business Leaders of America student officers (from left) reporter Anna Woods, president Kaydee Don Holland, treasurer Julianna Wallace, secretary Ellyse Strickland and vice president Lauren Sturdivant celebrate the results of their Dec. 13 toy drive with the Rev. Richard Parker. The Russellville High School chapter of the FBLA collected toys and donations to be given to children in the community who are in need this Christmas – several bags of toys along with $140 in donations. Parker spoke to the club members on the topic of the importance of giving back and paying forward. Other students officers are co-vice president Kyra Greenhill, historian Annsley Gault, projects chairperson Billy Alonzo and parliamentarian Rachel Tena. FBLA sponsor is Dr. AnnaKay Holland.
