Tharptown student receives NWSCC scholarship

Brianna-Cassidy-Hester

Brianna Cassidy Hester received an academic scholarship from Northwest-Shoals Community College.

 

A senior at Tharptown High School, Brianna is a member of the National Honor Society, Math Team, golf team, yearbook staff, and Spanish Club.  She is cheerleader captain, secretary for Students Against Destructive Decisions, and an officer in Jobs for Alabama Graduates and an officer of the Student Council.

 

Brianna is the daughter of Brent and Renee Hester and Jennifer Murray.  Her grandparents are Joye and Glenn Hester and Patricia and the late Donald Lane.

 

While at Northwest-Shoals, Brianna will pursue a degree in sonography.
