Charles Elmer Hulsey

Charles Elmer Hulsey, Jr., 89, Russellville, passed away Monday, April 20, 2015, at Russellville Hospital.

He lived most of his life in Russellville and was a retired machinist from TVA.

The family received friends Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville.  Funeral service will be on Thursday, April 23, 2015 at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Paul Hulsey officiating.  Burial will follow in Franklin Memory Gardens.

Survivors include children, Steven Hulsey and wife, Janet, Amy Hulsey McDuffee and husband, Jimmy, Paul Hulsey; grandchildren, Craig Bullion, Hunter Hulsey, Victoria Hulsey; great-grandchildren, Blayze Bullion, Claire Hulsey; loving friend, Barbara Tompkins; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by wife, Nina Lou Hulsey; parents, Charles Elmer and Josephine Hulsey.
