Russellville Police Chief Chris Hargett said motorists planning to travel on Underwood Road would need to find an alternate route for the next four days.

According to Hargett, road crews will be blocking traffic on Underwood Road just past the McDonald’s entrance in order to replace the culverts under the two bridges.

Hargett said the roadwork would start Monday morning and should last approximately four days, and motorists planning to travel on Underwood Road would need to use an alternate route while the road construction is ongoing.
