Casey Wallace Stockton, 23, Russellville, passed away Dec. 2, 2012.

He lived his entire life in Franklin County and was a member of First Baptist Church in Russellville. He was a 2007 graduate of Russellville High School and member of the Belgreen Bass Club. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He played football for the Russellville Golden Tigers. He worked as a courier for CB&S Bank for three years.

Casey was a loving son, grandson, brother, nephew and uncle. He was a best friend to many and loved by everyone who met him.

Funeral services will be Thursday, Dec. 6, 2012, 11 a.m., at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville, with Thomas Thornton officiating. Burial will be in Franklin Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Wednesday, 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Survivors include his parents, Tim and Lisa Stockton, Russellville; brothers, Jason Stockton and wife, Laura, Muscle Shoals, Matt Stockton (Kristin Walters), Birmingham, special friend, Kellen Ledlow, Birmingham; grandparents, Billy Paul and Jimmie Lou Nichols, Jolene Stockton and the late Marshall Stockton; aunts, Kathy Hall and husband, Ricky, Russellville, Rhonda Frederick and husband, Todd, of Kentucky, Amy Henson and husband, Carter, of Tennessee; niece and nephew, Taylor and Addy Beth Stockton; special cousins, Michael and Traci Hall, Dalton and Brodie Frederick and Carley Henson.

Pallbearers will be Justin Thorne, Katlin Stults, Kelby James, Brett Young, Josh Harbin, Patrick Hines and Zac Sockwell.

Honorary bearers will be Trenton Thorne, Austin Pilgrim, Trent Richardson, Taz Tillery and Will Stults.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Casey Stockton Scholarship Fund, c/o CB&S Bank, P.O. Box 910, Russellville, Alabama 35653.
