MLT SET TO OPEN PLAY Meridian Little Theatre will open "A Christmas Carol" Dec. 5 at the Highway 39 playhouse. The Cratchit family is portrayed by Matt Naylor, as Peter, left, Katie Snowden, as Martha, Callie Rush, as Belinda, Jack Branning, as Tiny Tim, Jerome Kittrell, as Bob, Terri Nanney, as Mrs. Cratchit, and Jennie Fisher, as Frances.
Tickets for the performances are $18 for adults and $16 for senior citizens, students and military. Evening performances include Dec. 5-7 and Dec. 10-11 at 8 p.m.; Dec. 8 is a 2 p.m. matinee. For information, call the theatre box office between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. at 482-6371.
