SEBASTOPOL Services for Thomas E. GoMillion were to be held today at 10 a.m. at Golden Grove Church of God with the Revs. Junior Price and Tommy Anderson officiating. Burial was to be in the church cemetery. Milling Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. GoMillion, 76, of Lake, died Saturday, Nov. 9, 2002, in his home. He was veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
Survivors include his wife, Ruth GoMillion of Lake; sons, Harold GoMillion Jr. and his wife, Barbara, of Morton, Thomas Ray GoMillion and his wife, Martha, of Homewood, and Wayne GoMillion and his wife, Roxanne, of Conehatta; daughters, Sue Hawkins and her husband, Butch, of Causeyville, and Mary Ann McMillan of Lake; brothers, Kirby D. GoMillion of Carthage and Glenn GoMillion; eight grandchildren. two step-grandchildren. four great-grandchildren and four step-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas S. GoMillion and Winnie Pelles GoMillion; and a sister, Bonnie Ruth GoMillion.
Vera Fern McDonald Watson
YORK, Ala. Services for Vera Fern McDonald Watson will be held today at 2:30 p.m. at Bumpers Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ernie Nelson officiating. Burial will be in Clay Memorial Cemetery in Cuba, Ala.
Mrs. Watson, 88, of Cuba, died Sunday, Nov. 10, 2002, at Sumter Health Care Facility.
Survivors include her daughter, Barbara W. Sessions and her husband, Leonard, of Cuba; a granddaughter, Lynn S. Boland and her husband, Mike, of Cuba' and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis C. Watson; and a grandson, Jimmy Sessions.
Visitation will be today one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Ruby M. Curlin
LONG BEACH Services for Ruby M. Curlin will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Riemann Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. James Ginn officiating. Burial will be in Gulf Pines Memorial Gardens and Mausoleum in Long Beach.
Mrs. Curlin, 78, of Long Beach, formerly of Meridian, died Friday, Nov. 8, 2002, in Picayune. She was born in Porterville and a had been a resident of Long Beach since 1974. She was a member of the Westwood Baptist Church in Meridian and the Long Beach VFW Auxiliary.
Survivors include her sons, Robert Bartlett Jr. and his wife, Jo Ann, of Meridian, Dan L. Bartlett and his wife, Holly, of Abita Springs, La., and Franklin P. Curlin and his wife, Alba, of Orlando, Fla.; a brother, Kelly Evans and his wife, Rue, of Ft. Worth, Texas; sisters, Lolita Keaton of Meridian, Helen Parr and Robin Wilson, both of Ft. Worth, Texas; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Christopher D. Bartlett, D. Adam Bartlett, Kyle N. Bartlett and Terry Boswell.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

PHILADELPHIA Services for Winfred C. Bounds will be held today at 2 p.m. at John E. Stephens Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Robert Jones, Jim Daniels and Greg Stamatis officiating. Burial will be in Bethsadia Cemetery.
Mr. Bounds, 65, of Philadelphia, died Saturday, Nov. 9, 2002, at Rush Specialty Hospital of Meridian.
Survivors include his wife, Chestean Bounds of Philadelphia; a daughter, Tammy Eaves of Louisville; a son, Winfred Scott Bounds and a sister, Carole Waddell, both of Philadelphia; and five grandchildren.
