Ward featured on Lifetime Network

Meridian native Sela Ward is one of five women featured in the new season of Lifetime Network's "Intimate Portrait."
In the segment, Ward a two-time Emmy award-winning actress who currently plays a separated mother of two in ABC's "Once and Again" talks about her childhood.
The segment will include her observations about how she became withdrawn in dealing with the jealousy of other girls in her school, her career as a model, a two-day acting gig on a soap opera, and her eventual forays to the big and little screens. She will also talk about her family life and her attachment to, and support of, her hometown.
The program also features interviews with Ward's husband, venture capitalist Howard Sherman; her siblings, Jenna, Berry and Brock; as well as co-stars and producers.
