QUITMAN Graveside services for William Norris Gable will be held today at 2 p.m. at East Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Clarke County with the Rev. Blanche Evans Clay officiating. Wright's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Gable, 82, of Bay Minette, Ala., died Sunday, Feb. 15, 2004, at William F. Green Veterans Home in Bay Minette. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
Survivors include his sister, Lillian Loncono of Mobile, Ala.
PHILADELPHIA Services for Hub Dixon will be held today at 2 p.m. at McClain-Hays Funeral Service Chapel with the Revs. John Branning and Stanley Barnett officiating. Burial will be in Jones Family Cemetery in Philadelphia.
Mr. Dixon, 73, of Philadelphia, died Sunday, Feb. 15, 2004, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
Survivors include his sister, Eunice Bobo of Philadelphia and several nieces and nephews.
LOUISVILLE Graveside services for Frances Sturch Gousset will be held today at 2 p.m. at Salem Methodist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Paul Brown officiating. Porter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Gousset, 65, of Winson County, died Sunday, Feb. 15, 2004, at Riley Hospital.
Survivors include her sisters, Laura Slawson of Union and Inez Dempsey of Louisville and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Gousset.
Memorials may be made to a charity of choice.
PHILADELPHIA Services will be held today at 4 p.m. at Smallwood Pentecostal Church with the Revs. Lonoia Burks and Jimmy Wyatt officiating. Burial will be in Smallwood Cemetery in Winston County. McClain-Hays Funeral Services is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Gentry, 85, of Philadelphia, died Sunday, Feb. 15, 2004, in her home.
Survivors include her daughters, Kathleen Thomas of Madden, Christine Wilcher of Philadelphia and Betty Todd of Clinton; a son, Arden Gentry of Philadelphia; nine grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; sisters, Callie Divine of Durant, Polly Pope of Kosciusko, Zeddie Prince and Dorothy Jenkins, both of Tyler, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James O.D. Gentry and her grandson, James Mitchell Thomas.
Graveside services for Fritz J. Kulicka will be held April 26, 2004, at 2 p.m. at Arlington National Cemetery in Washington, D.C.. James F. Webb Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Kulicka, 87, of Meridian, died Saturday, Feb. 7, 2004, in his home. He was retired from the U.S. Air Force. He was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church, the Retired Officers Association, Knights of Columbus and the Veterans of Foreign Wars. He worked as a microter with Honeywell and General Development Corporation.
Survivors include his wife, Lucille Kulicka of Meridian.
Arrangements were incomplete at Stephens Funeral Home in DeKalb for Frances I. Gully, 86, of DeKalb, who died Monday, Feb. 16, 2004, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
