    MCDONALD, WEBBER
    Kimberly Lynette Webber and Jonathan Brock McDonald of Huntsville, Ala., were married Saturday, Sept. 16, 2000, at 4 p.m. at Southwood Presbyterian Church in Huntsville, with the Revs. Stewart Jordan and Paul Beck officiating.
    Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Robert Webber Sr. of Huntsville and Dr. and Mrs. Tommy McDonald of Meridian.
    Grandparents of the bride are Billie Barbee and the late Gordon Barbee and Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Webber.
    Grandparents of the bridegroom are Dee Lewis Covington and the late Emma Covington and the late Mr. and Mrs. Theron W. McDonald of Meridian.
    Music for the ceremony was provided by April martin, Jennifer Allen and Mrs. George Morefield. The father of the bride and Mrs. Carl Rogers also performed a duet.
    Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a gown of candlelight Duchess satin featuring a portrait neckline, cap sleeves and an empire bodice of cluney lace over satin. A band of cluney lace trimmed with satin circled the raised waistline above the princess skirt. Matching lace edged the hemline, which flowed into a cathedral-length train.
    Julie Anne Webber, sister of the bride, and Emily Jones were maids of honors.
    Bridesmaids were Sharon Raye Webber, Andrea Porter, Mrs. Michael Lewis, Mrs. Jason Miller and Karen Miller.
    Flower girl and ring bearer were Mary Margaret Brown and Cameron Brown.
    The father of the bridegroom served as best man. Groomsmen and ushers were Jason McDonald and Justin McDonald, brothers of the bridegroom; Michael Webbers and Andy Webber, brothers of the bride; Joel Camenisch; and William McRee.
    A reception was held at the church following the ceremony.
    After a honeymoon in New Orleans, the couple resides in Huntsville.
    HOPKINS, WHITE
    First Baptist Church of Collinsville was the setting for the Saturday, Jan. 27, 2001, wedding of Rachelle Diane White and David Clark Hopkins, both of Meridian. The Rev. Hall Bates conducted the ceremony.
    Parents of the couple are Terry and Diane White and Sonny and Paulette Hopkins, all of Meridian.
    Grandparents of the bride are Duane and Laura Bunger of Gatesville, Texas, and the late Perry and Margaret White of Meridian.
    Grandparents of the bridegroom are Cecil and Jimmie Lee Aycock of Rose Hill and Margaret Hopkins of Meridian and the late Leonard Hopkins Sr.
    Music for the ceremony was presented by Michael Rushing of Jackson, pianist; Brian Campbell of Fort Worth, Texas, organist; and the Mississippi College Chamber Choir directed by Dr. Richard Joiner.
    Given in marriage by her parents, the bride wore a sleeveless gown of white matte satin featuring a rounded neckline accented with tiny pearls. The A-line bodice was heavily enhanced with silk Venice lace, pearls and crystal beads. Satin buttons and small bows extended the full length of the chapel-length train.
    Jessica Hobson of Lauderdale served her sister as matron of honor. Shelley Harrigill of Brookhaven attended the bride as maid of honor.
    Other attendants were Mandi Bates of Collinsville, Laura Arender and Angela Payne, both of Baton Rouge, Elizabeth Rogers of Tupelo and Kristy Lowery of Knoxville, Tenn.
    Honorary bridesmaids were Elizabeth Bunger, Kimberly Bunger and Brittany Cullar, all of Gatesville, Texas, cousins of the bride; Jennifer Breazeale of Philadelphia; and Andrea Klevan of Memphis.
    Abbe Bates of Collinsville and Isabella Horne of Meridian were flower girls. Campbell Horne of Meridian and Harrison Smith of Jackson served as ring bearers.
    The father of the bridegroom served his son as best man. Groomsmen were Jonathan Hopkins and Josh Hopkins, brothers of the bridegroom, Walter Lucas and Jackie McLaughlin, all of Meridian; and Clay Roundtree of Tuscaloosa. Ushers were Justin Bryan and Chad Bryan of Scooba, cousins of the bridegroom; and Cory Rogers of Meridian.
    A reception was held at Howard Johnson's Convention Center following the ceremony. Connie Joyner was wedding coordinator.
    The couple resides in Fort Worth.
    JENKINS, ATWOOD
    Laurie Atwood of Bailey and Shane Jenkins of Newton were married Saturday, Jan. 20, 2001, at Evergreen Wedding Chapel in Gatlinburg, Tenn.
    Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. James W. Atwood of Bailey, Mr. and Mrs. Red Smith of Newton and Gary Jenkins of Newton.
    Grandparents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. Forest Grimes Jr. of Sulphur, La. and the late Carolyn Kelly of Paris, Ill. and James H. Atwood of Ellisville and the late Eleanor Atwood of Ellisville.
    Grandparents of the bridegroom are Lois Jenkins and the late Hassel Jenkins and the late Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Leon "Bud" Harris Sr., all of Newton.
    The bride was given in marriage by her father.
    Kerrie Gallaspy of House served as maid of honor. Wayne Doss of Newton was best man.
    After a honeymoon in Gatlinburg, the couple resides in Newton.
    BROWN, LANG
    Melissa Catherine Lang of Meridian and Jamie Monroe Brown of Collinsville were married Saturday, Dec. 16, 2000, at Poplar Springs Drive United Methodist Church, with the Rev. James Twiner officiating.
    Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Irby Lang and Mr. and Mrs. Charles A. Brown Jr.
    Grandparents of the bride are Mrs. Gordon Ellis and the late Mr. Ellis and Elizabeth Lang and the late S.G. Lang.
    Grandparents of the bridegroom are Mr. and Mrs. George Quam and Ona Lee Brown and the late Charles A. Brown Sr.
    Music for the ceremony was provided by Leesa Wilkinson, pianist and organist; Ron Widener, trumpet; Robbie Hales, soloist; and Tim Rigby, soloist.
    Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a two-piece gown with a bodice encrusted with pearls and bugle beads. The flowing chiffon skirt featured a satin and chiffon lining.
    She carried a bouquet of hand-tied white roses.
    Nikki Mosby of Meridian was maid of honor.
    Other attendants were Laura Lang, Meredith Matlock, Mandy Hodges and Stevie Parker, all of Meridian. They each wore a sage green, luminescent chiffon A-line gown featuring a strapless bodice with patina satin trim. A matching chiffon stole complemented the ensemble.
    Carley Owen and Josh Acosta, both of Meridian, served as flower girl and ring bearer.
    Joey Watson of Collinsville served as best man. Groomsmen and ushers were Ryan Rainer, Aaron Brown and Marshall Brown, all of Collinsville; Bradley Ray and David Haggard, both of Meridian; and Chris Reineke of Long Beach.
    Kayla Brown, niece of the bridegroom, was bubble attendant. Program attendants were Witt Haggard and Jamie McElroy, nephews of the bride.
    A reception was held at Holiday Inn Express following the ceremony. Music was provided by Carey Smith and Friends. Assisting at the reception were Corley Knight, Lauren Doty, Amber Shannon, Carrie McElroy, Kim Thompson and Blair Manning.
    The couple honeymooned in Montego Bay, Jamaica.
    The bride was honored with several showers prior to her marriage to Mr. Brown.
    A miscellaneous shower was hosted by Debra Anderson and Betty Lou Jones.
    Miss Lang also was honored with a lingerie shower, hosted by Nikki Mosby, Meredith Matlock and Mandy Hodges.
    A Christmas ornament shower was hosted by Stevie Parker and Cathy Parker.
    A linen shower and luncheon was hosted at the home of Jackie Stevens.
    At a dessert party, hosted by Fleta McElroy and Nancy McElroy, guest brought their favorite dessert recipe.
    A church-wide tea was hosted by the United Methodist Women, Deborah Circle.
    And, a bridesmaid luncheon was hosted by Cathy Ellis and Jan Hitt.
