Trilles L. Petree

Trilles L. Petree, 82, passed away March 27 at his residence. He was born in Franklin County and worked at Sunshine Mills for 35 years. He was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church.

Services were held March 30 at 3 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay, with Bro. Terry Paul Graham, Bro. Arthur Hardin and the Rev. Dr. Don Simmons officiating. Burial was in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Tremont, Miss.

Survivors are his wife of 63 years, Willodene Petree, Tremont, Miss.; four children, Ann Robinson and husband Charles, Mooreville, Miss., Sue Norris and husband Ronnie, White Pine, Tenn., Sandra Dill and husband Danny and Mike Petree and wife Candace, all of Tremont, Miss.; 15 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and brothers and sisters, Homer Petree and wife Ida, Shirley Massey and husband Howard, Ruby Greene and Hollis Petree and husband Pat.
He was preceded in death by a son, Randy Petree; his parents, Orb Petree and Alta Holcomb Petree; a granddaughter, Anita Robinson; and a brother-in-law, Blaine Greene.

His grandsons served as pallbearers.

Visitation was held March 29, 6-9 p.m., at Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay.
