Dorothy Jean Bendall, age 82, Leighton, passed away on Thursday, April 9, 2015. The visitation was Saturday, April 11, 2015, in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Dennis Stewart officiating. Interment was held in Old Bethel Cemetery.

Pallbearers were close family.

She is preceded in death by husband, J.C. Bendall; parents, Tennis and Annie Hampton; brothers, Deward Hampton and James Hampton; sister, Grace McVay, Kathleen Bolton, Mary Frances Berryman.

She is survived by daughter, Beverly Cox and Hershel; sons, Wayne Bendall and Margie, Ed Bendall and Sandy; 11 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren.
