Carolyn Gail Hand, 67, Vina, passed away Monday, March 2, 2015 at her residence.
She was a native of the Fox Trap community, but had lived in Vina for the past 15 years. She was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church.
The family received friends Sunday, March 8, 2015, at Pinkard Funeral Home in Russellville. Funeral service was in the funeral home chapel with Tim Griffin and Mike Haynes officiating. The burial was in Bethlehem Cemetery.
Survivors include grandchildren, Nathan Bohannon and wife, Amber, Mindy Parker and husband, Jason; great-grandchildren, Kenzlee Bohannon and Gadzden Bohannon, Kaygan Parker; several nieces and nephews.
She was survived by her husband James “Jim” Hand until he followed her four days later in death on her birthday.
She was preceded in death by parents, Woodrow and Lydra Green Hatton; daughter, Kathy “Kitty Ann” Hand.
Pallbearers were Nathan Bohannon, Jason Parker, Milton Hatton, Barry Montgomery, Jeff James and Ronnie Morrow.
