Tharptown finishes season with a win

The Tharptown Wildcats (5-5, 3-4) picked up a 63-34 home victory over the Alabama School for the Deaf Silent Warriors in the final game of the season Friday night.

Kelby Hallmark led the way for the Wildcats scoring six touchdowns. Tharptown rushed for 347 yards in the contest and added 23 yards through the air in the win. The offense for the Wildcats managed 15 first downs.

Allen Bohannon and Zackery Wilson contributed TD runs for the Wildcats. Tharptown’s Will Little added a touchdown by recovering a fumble and returning it 20-yards for a score.
