Billy Joe Hutchins, 76, Russellville, passed away Tuesday, May 28, 2013, at Terrace Manor Nursing Home.

He lived his earlier years in Chicago, but for the past 40 years has made his home in Franklin County.

A graveside service was Thursday, May 30, 2013, at Knights of Pythias Cemetery with Jeff Fleming officiating.

Survivors include son, Billy Joe Hutchins, Jr., Chicago, Ill.; brothers, Bobby Harold Hutchins, Erwin, Tenn., Donald Ray Hutchins, Russellville; sister, Eleanor Garrett, Sarasota, Fla.; granddaughter, Sarah Hutchins, Chicago, Ill.; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by parents, Alvie Lee and Cora Lee Hutchins; brother, Alvie Charles Hutchins.
