Russellville Public Library holds last summer reading program event of year

The Russellville Public Library held its summer reading program finale event July 25 with a visit from Barking Cow Farms representatives and around 15 small animals. Originally planned to take place outside, the event moved indoors because of the possibility of rain.

“The children completed their reading bracelets and turned in their summer reading logs,” said RPL library director Joshlyn Bowen. “They were full of questions and excitement. Once again, we want to thank Pilgrim’s of Russellville for their continued support of our summer reading programs. Make sure to follow the Russellville Public Library Facebook page for all future programs and announcements.”
