Franklin County has a rare experience: week-long freezing temperatures, with freezing rain, sleet and ice. While it proved inconvenient in some ways, including dangerous for many who attempted travel, others took advantage of the chance to slip and slide their way to fun while spending time in the great frozen outdoors.
