Elsa brings fairy fun to RPL

Lots of little girls came out Feb. 11 for “Elsa” Amber Harbin’s Tinsel Me Beautiful event at Russellville Public Library.

Harbin operates The Fairy Hair Pop Up. “I was so excited when Amber reached out to me with her list of events,” said RPL Director Joshlyn Bowen, “and I immediately jumped on her fairy hair Tinsel Me Beautiful option.”

Bowen said she had to cut registration at 50, despite additional interest, because of space limitations at the library.

“While the children waited, they were able to watch the ‘Frozen’ movie and color Valentine’s-themed coloring pages,” she said. “Some dressed up as Elsa. It was a lot of fun, and I’m pleased we were able to have this event for our community.
