Paid in Full performs at Red Bay

Gospel band Paid in Full will perform a free concert at 6 p.m. Sept. 11 as part of the 120th anniversary and homecoming celebration of Red Bay First Baptist Church.

The group members are Bradley Littlejohn, Lance Moore and Jeff Crews, all from New Albany, Miss. They have been singing together for 31 years.

“We only sing songs we believe in and that we like singing,” explained Crews. “We’re excited to sing for folks. It’s always great to sing our songs and communicate the message we want to share with people: that God loves them.”

Crews said the goal is to do that with some excitement, humor and “a whole lot of singing.”

“It’s a great honor to be part of this event,” added Crews. “Southern gospel music is a longstanding Southern tradition.

“I hope people will hear something that encourages them and lifts them up and draws them closer to God. I hope they laugh, and I hope they learn something. We have a great time together performing for folks.”

Red Bay First Baptist Church is located at 408 Fourth Ave. SE in Red Bay.
