Virginia Ann Ortiz, 80, of Russellville died Sept. 27. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Sept. 29 at Spry Memorial Chapel. Service will be at 11 a.m. Sept. 30 at Spry Memorial Chapel. Burial will be in Franklin Memory Gardens.
