Club Chronicles: Best time to start reading is today

Reading is important because it helps you to grow mentally, emotionally and psychologically, and it gives an opportunity to learn and explore new ideas that enhance your knowledge and make you smarter.

It helps you discover yourself. When you read a book, you somehow try to connect the events, emotions, experiences and characters in the books with yourself. It helps you broaden your dimensions of likes and dislikes.

The Internet has revolutionized our world, but reading books is one of those constructive habits that help us improve our concentration and focus.

Reading improves your emotional health. Books are full of emotions that can make you feel happy, sad, jealous, loved, betrayed and so on! Books project emotions that help us grow emotionally.

There are a lot of things we need to remember, and reading enhances the memory. While reading a book, your brain learns to remember the information – such as names of characters and their features, the name of the places, plots, the sequence of events, important conversations and more. Therefore, your memory becomes better at remembering important things of your life.

Reading is a source of motivation. Sometimes we feel down and discouraged; in times like these, we need is a little motivation. Reading a good inspirational book can change our way of thinking or give us hope and motivation.

Reading expands your knowledge. The more you read, the more you know about different places, cultures, facts, people and their experiences. Reading enhances your capability of making better decisions in life and broadens imagination and creativity. There are lots of books on creativity that can boost creative thinking.

Reading is one of the best ways to relax your mind – by losing yourself in a book! Read more, and you will realize your stress level becomes significantly low with time. Reading books calms your mind and helps you sleep better. Read some calming, inspirational books that give you positive vibes.

Reading enhances critical and analytical thinking skills, as it opens up many different perspectives for the brain to comprehend. It is one of the best ways to improve your vocabulary, and it strengthens your command of the language and communication skills.

Reading brings joy, pleasure and happiness to our lives, and you don’t have to depend on someone else to be happy. If you are a book lover, you are never really alone! You can always have a friend in the form of a book. Books don’t complain, don’t have any demands and stay with you no matter what. Carry them wherever you want and read them whenever you want.

Reading makes you a better person. One of the most significant importances of reading is that it helps you grow as a person. You learn about the hardships in life from the experiences of others. You learn to understand people and be kind and gentle. You will have better emotional health, and your knowledge can increase.

If you aren’t reading yet, you should not wait any longer. The best time to start reading is today!
