Sweet land of liberty

Roy Lee and Corey Bray with the Russellville Street Department work to remove some of the flags and banners from downtown Russellville following the Fourth of July holiday. The banners, a program of the Franklin County Archives, honor local veterans. Some of them are now being replaced with Watermelon Festival banners as the cornerstone Franklin County festival approaches.
