The following student-athletes qualified for state:

Class 3A: Phil Campbell, Hannah Welborn, 400-meter run

Class 2A: Red Bay, Jalen Vinson, Kiser Jackson, Mason Holt and Aiden Quinn, 4×100-meter relay and Tharptown, Edwin Vela, Malachi Minor, Leo Lucas and Dylan Valdez, 4×800-meter relay, and Colton Simmons, javelin

Class 1A: Belgreen, Alex Betts, 800-meter run; Ivan Luna, Hadden Taylor, Tyler Mann and Betts, 4×100-meter relay; Noelle Willingham 100-meter dash; and Carmen McDowell, 100-meter hurdles.

In the past week’s Franklin County Track Meet coverage, Tharptown’s Gracie Montgomery was the winner of the event and was mistakenly omitted from the list of winners.
