Letter to the Editor: Thank you to community for Christmas sock drive support

Dear editor,

The Franklin County Farmers Federation Women’s Committee would like to thank everyone who donated to the Cottons for Christmas Sock Drive.

We received numerous donations for socks that were distributed to residents at one of Franklin County’s nursing homes before Christmas.

Since this time we have also received some additional sock donations that will be saved and distributed during Christmas 2021.

We are very appreciative of any and all donations and plan to continue this effort as long as possible.
