Citizens in Red Bay line the streets of downtown Monday night for the annual Christmas parade. The parade was the finale for this year’s Christmas festivities in Red Bay – and the only parade held this year in Franklin County. Retiring city clerk Linda Holcomb served as grand marshal, and the parade features performances by the Red Bay and Belmont high school bands.
