Rollies ice cream in downtown Russellville opens its doors Monday night for a soft opening before its grand opening set for next week. Those in attendance included the Russellville city council and members of the Russellville fire and police departments. Rollies, a form of ice cream where customers are able to pick their mix-ins and toppings before the mixtures is frozen and rolled, is located in downtown Russellville next to Doe’s Eat Place. This is Rollies’ second location after becoming a fan favorite in downtown Florence.
