Freddie Clinton James, 71, of Russellville died Jan. 17. Visitation will be Jan. 20 at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville, from noon to 1 p.m., followed by the services at 1 p.m. Burial will be in Chestnut Ridge Cemetery, Phil Campbell.
