Phil Campbell girls fall to Deshler late

The Phil Campbell Bobcats were poised for a big win heading into the fourth quarter, but the Deshler Tigers dominated late, winning 57-44

Deshler jumped out to a 14-7 first quarter lead, but the Bobcats cut the lead to 25-21 at halftime.

Phil Campbell claimed the lead in the third quarter, outscoring Deshler 16-10, and led 37-35 going into the fourth quarter.

Deshler blew open the game in the fourth quarter, outscoring Phil Campbell 22-7 to get the win.

Kallie Allen led the Bobcats with 12 points. Olivia Taylor followed with 10 points. Caitlyn Mills and Katie Thomas scored six points each. Kenner Scott added five points. Madison Branch and Kaci Harris had four points each.
