Junior High County Tournament tips off Saturday

The junior high division of the Franklin County Tournament will tip off Jan. 4 at Belgreen High School.

The tournament will be played in two days on back-to-back Saturdays. The cost of admission is $5.

The varsity division will tip off Jan. 14.

Here is the complete schedule for the junior high division:

JAN. 4

9 a.m. – B-Junior Girls, Phil Campbell vs. Tharptown

10:15 a.m. – B-Junior Girls, Red Bay vs. Belgreen

11:45 a.m. – B-Junior Boys, Belgreen vs. Phil Campbell

1 p.m. – B-Junior Boys, Red Bay vs. East Franklin

2:15 p.m. – A-Junior Girls, East Franklin vs. Red Bay

3:30 p.m. – A-Junior Girls, Phil Campbell vs. Vina

4:45 p.m. – A-Junior Boys, Vina vs. East Franklin

6 p.m. – B-Junior Boys, Tharptown vs. Belgreen/Phil Campbell winner

7:15 p.m. – A-Junior Girls, Tharptown vs. East Franklin/Red Bay winner

JAN. 11

3 p.m. – B-Junior Girls Finals

4:15 p.m. – B-Junior Boys Finals

5:30 p.m. – A-Junior Girls Finals

6:45 p.m. – A-Junior Boys Finals: Phil Campbell vs. Vina/East Franklin winner
