Santa and Mrs. Claus, in the persons of Thomas and Mary Uptain, visit with children and hear their wish lists at Holly Day Saturday. In addition to games, cookie decorating and pizza, attendees also enjoyed entertainment from the RCS Acapella Ensemble and Tara Greenhill’s Love 2 Sing students. Franklin County Chamber of Commerce Director Cassie Medley said more than 300 people attended the annual event, which is hosted by the chamber – with extensive help by Junior Leaders – and sponsored by many in the community.
