The Stronger Cancer Support Group, offered at Isbell Methodist Church, stays busy rock painting. Oct. 26 the group plans to participate in a cancer walk and then head downtown to hide the rocks. Beth Rhea, group organizer, said members “hope that the rocks will serve as a reminder to the ladies that find them to get their mammogram.” Stronger meets once a month, normally on the third Saturday, from 2-4 p.m. at Isbell Methodist.
