THS girls pick up area volleyball win
The Tharptown Wildcats defeated the Sulligent Bulldogs in three straight sets in a critical area matchup last week. The Wildcats won 25-21, 25-23 and 25-18.
Brooke Daily led the Wildcats with 11 kills, eight saves and three attacks. She was followed by Berenice Bahena with seven digs and two aces.
Adrianna Borden had five kills and two attacks. Jaiden Gaston had four kills. Perla Chavez had two aces.
Tharptown will face Winston County in another big area matchup next week.
