Julian “Dude” Oneal Pounders, 94, of Spruce Pine died July 13. Visitation will be July 15 from noon to 2 p.m., followed by the service at 2 p.m., at Mt Hebron Baptist Church. Burial will be in Franklin Memory Gardens.
