Vance Bonds Hester, 72, of Phil Campbell died Feb. 1. Visitation will be Feb. 2 at Mt. View Baptist Church, Phil Campbell, from 5-8 p.m. Services will be Feb. 3 at 3 p.m. at Mt. View Baptist Church, where he will be laid in state from 1 p.m. until service time. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery. Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville, is directing.
