RMS goes undefeated in Wilson tourney

Russellville Middle School seventh-grade boys win the Wilson Invitational Tournament Nov. 17, defeating Mars Hill 43-41 and Madison Academy in the championship game 45-37. The RMS seventh-grade boys are undefeated for the season so far, having also won the Red Bay Tip Off Tournament Nov. 3 with wins against Haleyville, Winfield and Deshler. Team members are KJ Murray, Brandt Cummings, Michael Scofield, Reece Carson, Devin Jones, Ethan Fretwell, Brock Reathford, Brody Vandiver, Gavin Hyde, Amir Williams and Malachi Duncan, and coach is Mason Willis.
