Letter to the Editor: Please tell me more about Alabama

Dear editor,

Hello my name is Joseph Curylo and I am writing to you for a school project on the book “The Watsons Go To Birmingham.” My classmates and I are contacting newspapers around the United States, to learn about that state. I want to learn about Alabama because I am a huge Alabama University fan and want to go to college there.

I am writing to ask your readers to please write back and tell me why they like Alabama, interesting facts about the state, what visitors can do there and why they live there. If they could also please include a copy of the newspaper where they saw my letter. They can write to my school’s address.

Thank you for taking the time to read this, and if it gets published thank you. It means a lot to me.

Sincerely,

Joseph Curylo
