Robert “Todd” Swinney

Robert “Todd” Swinney, 55, of Phil Campbell passed away Nov. 18. Visitation will be Nov. 20 from 5-8 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville, and the service will be Nov. 21 at 11 a.m. at Pinkard with Shane Swinney officiating. Burial will be in Phil Campbell Cemetery, Phil Campbell.
