Eugene Phillip Walker

Eugene Phillip Walker, 23, of Nauvoo, entered into rest Oct. 25 in Walker County.

Mr. Walker was born July 1, 1994, in Birmingham. He enjoyed playing video games and working on his car. Eugene loved spending time with his family.

Visitation was held Oct. 29 from 2-3 p.m. at Poplar Springs Freewill Baptist Church in Nauvoo, where services were held at 3 p.m. The Rev. Charles Lynn officiated. Burial followed in Poplar Springs Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery.

Eugene is survived by his wife of four years, Brittany Walker; mother, Cindy Walker; father, Joseph Walker; son, Noah; daughter, Nevaeh; brothers, Brian Walker and Bradley Rushing; grandmothers, Barbara Kimbrell and Dianne Walker; uncle, James Kimbrell; aunt, Jamie; and special friends, Jennifer and Junior Lynn, Barry Regina Jones, James Lynn Sr., Elder Bates and Mario McCullar.

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Macon Kimbrell and James Walker.

Pallbearers were Ben Smith, Preston Green, Bradley Rushing, and Steve Andresen.
