Marvin JW McAlister

Marvin JW McAlister, age 81, of Phil Campbell, passed away June 12. He was a truck driver in the logging company.

A graveside service is set for June 15 at 2 p.m. at Chestnut Ridge Cemetery, Highway 79, Franklin County. Bro. Ricky Mann will be officiating the service.

He is survived by his children, Aneda Anglen, Jeffery McAlister and Wesley McAlister; sister, Virginia Pickard; and grandchildren, Dalton McAlister, Dakota McAlister, Tanner McAlister and Samantha Watkins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Flossie McAlister, and siblings, Ila Partain, I.V. Minnick and Marlon McAlister.
