RPD arrests one for burglary, theft

After a late May breaking-and-entering, the Russellville Police Department has arrested a suspect on burglary and theft charges.

Joshua “Aaron” Hollimon, 33, of Russellville, was located and interviewed Monday as a suspect in the burglary of a Reedtown residence, May 23. According to the RPD, during the course of the investigation, it was determined that enough evidence was present to charge Hollimon.

He was charged with burglary of a residence third degree, theft of property second degree and felon in possession of a firearm.

Hollimon was also charged with unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle in connection with a van he allegedly stole from a local Russellville business. He was also charged with theft of property first degree in that incident.

According to the RPD, the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office also has pending charges on Hollimon.
