Gemma Miller Gillespie

Gemma Miller Gillespie, 77, of Moulton passed away April 20 at Huntsville Hospital. Visitation was from to 2-4 p.m. April 24 at Lawrence Funeral Home. The funeral service followed at 4 p.m. with Bro. Jesse Reeder officiating. Burial was in Moulton Memory Gardens.

A member of Moulton Baptist Church for 50 years, Gemma retired from the Alabama Farmers’ Cooperative as Office Manager with approximately 40 years of service.

Survivors include her husband, Timothy Gillespie; son, Wayne Gillespie; daughter, Beth Gillespie Holmes and husband Forrest; brother, Harold Miller; sister, Ann Nelson; grandson, Tanner Gillespie; and granddaughter, Langlee Holmes.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Glasco and Ada Bowen Miller, and sister, Carolyn Stephens.

Pallbearers were Greg Stephens, Todd Stephens, Keith Roberts, Butch Byers, Forrest Holmes and Joey Weatherwax.
