William Gerald Richardson

William Gerald Richardson, age 78, Tuscumbia, passed away Dec. 29, 2016, at Shoals Hospital.
The visitation will be from 11:30 a.m. to noon Jan. 3 at Spry Memorial Chapel, with the funeral following at noon in the chapel. Speaking at the service will be Ric Chambless. Burial will be at Winston Memorial Gardens.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George Frank and Dolly Richardson, and brothers, Jimmy Richardson, Jack Richardson and David Richardson.
He leaves to cherish his memory his sons, Timothy Richardson and Kenneth Richardson; three grandchildren; sister, Mary Burleson; and several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the Cottage of the Shoals as well as to Dora and the other staff of law office of M. Chad Smith in Tuscumbia, for the love and care of Mr. Richardson.
