Charles Dowell McCullough

Charles Dowell McCullough, age 89, Foley, (formerly of Russellville), went to be with the Lord Aug. 30  after a brief illness.

The visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Sept. 2 at Spry Memorial Chapel. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Sept. 3 at Spry Memorial Chapel. Speaking at the funeral will be his son, Cary McCullough. Burial will be at Mt. Home Cemetery in Bear Creek.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Ellamae Archer McCullough, and parents, Jahu Lucien McCullough and Lula Howard Shirley McCullough.

He leaves to cherish his memory his daughters, Lori Couvillion of Lake Charles, La., and Sharon Reetz and husband Robert of Summerdale; son, Cary McCullough of San Francisco, Calif.; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
